What will you learn on this course?

Module 2 of the Complete GC & GC-MS and the Practical Essentials of GC & GC-MS courses.

This module looks at the types of carrier gases, detector gases and cooling gases used in gas chromatography in detail. This is followed by information on their supply; how they are plumbed into the GC; the reasons to use and the types of gas purifiers available; and how the gas flow and pressure is controlled.
