In this module, sample introduction techniques for HPLC and LC-MS are taught in detail, including theory, optimisation and applications. These include 6-port manual injectors; autosamplers; full or partial loop injections; flow through needle injection & column volume compatibility.
Delegates will learn about various autosampler injection techniques and when to use them.
This module is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.
This is module 3 of the Virtual Classroom Training: Practical Essentials of HPLC & LC-MS (total 18 hours over 5 days) and the Virtual Classroom Training: Complete HPLC & LC-MS (total 34 hours over 9 days).
Prerequisites
This course is for those who have a basic knowledge of liquid chromatography and would like to learn more about this particular section of the instrument.
