This breakfast is an opportunity for networking and to showcase the research by women in Chemistry, especially early career.
It will consist of breakfast with an opportunity to chat, with flash presentations from early career women in science. The format will alternate moments chatting with bursts of 10Â to 15 minutes of flash presentations (3 minutes each). This will allow for people who have time limitations and cannot stay for the whole session to watch some presentations and to talk to other participants.
The event will be open to RSC members from across the local section, academic and technical staff at the university and the Norwich Research Park, and postgraduate and undergraduate students at the university.
We expect that this event will be motivational, from sharing experiences and meeting other women, seeing role models, and potentially generate collaborations between attendees, especially given the presentations.
Gender equality allies of all genders are welcome.
